Terms of Service

Effective date: 01-06-2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SiteRelay platform (“SiteRelay”, the “Service”), operated by SKCPL Group(“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

SiteRelay is a mobile-first platform for construction companies to record daily site progress, manage field updates and photos, share client timelines, and operate a procurement and accounts workflow. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts, roles, and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • Access is governed by roles (for example owner, manager, site engineer, accounts). You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
  • Attempt to breach security, access data of other organisations, or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Your data and content

As between you and us, your organisation owns the data and content it submits (including site updates, photos, and procurement records). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for content you upload, including photographs that may contain individuals and associated location data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SKCPL Group and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. Fees

Pricing and payment terms are governed by a separate commercial agreement between you (or your organisation) and SKCPL Group. Where no such agreement applies, the Service is provided on the terms communicated to you in writing. Applicable taxes (including GST) are payable in addition to the agreed fees.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and do not currently offer a formal uptime service-level agreement (SLA). We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that data, reports, or financial calculations are error-free; you remain responsible for verifying critical figures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKCPL Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, where the Service was provided free of charge, ₹10,000.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SKCPL Group harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Service or by email, and the “Effective date” above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
